This Spring, Pan Pacific Perth invites you to experience the exquisite Botanical High Tea, inspired by the delicate and subtle flavours of Australia’s native ingredients. Available every weekend throughout September, October, and November 2024, this signature high tea is perfect for celebrating with loved ones over a beautifully crafted three-tiered menu that connects your palate to nature.
Guests will enjoy a selection of savoury delicacies, including cucumber and dill cream triple decker finger sandwiches, roast pumpkin and goat cheese tartlets with salt bush dukkah, pork and fennel sausage rolls with spiced bush tomato chutney, and O’Connor beef sliders with smoked cheddar. Don’t miss the blueberry scones with raspberry jam and cream—a high tea favourite! End your experience with elegant sweet treats like the coconut mousse lamington with botanical lemon myrtle curd, native pepperberry almond sponge layered with pistachio mousse, and more.
