- Notice: Please note that a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required for all bookings.
- Group Size:
- Groups of 10-29 will be seated in Bistro Dalby.
- Groups of 30 or more will enjoy a private function room on Level 2 at Novotel Newcastle Beach.
- Minimum Guests: A minimum of 10 people is required to book a high tea.
