High Tea Menu & Pricing:

• Traditional High Tea: $60 per person, served with tea or coffee.
• Sparkling High Tea: $70 per person, includes a glass of bubbles.
• Cocktail High Tea: Add $15 per cocktail. Choose from Downton Abbey Gin Fizz, Aperol Spritz, or Espresso Martini.
• Children’s High Tea (Under 12): $40 per child, includes special treats like Chocolate Cake Pop, Fairy Roll, savory sandwiches, and scones.

Booking Information:

• Reservations Required: High Tea must be booked at least one day in advance to ensure availability.
• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Final guest numbers and any allergies must be confirmed 48 hours before your booking.
• Group Bookings: For groups of 10 or more, a 10% service fee will be added to the final bill. Private event spaces are available for larger groups; please contact our events team at events@burntorange.com.au.

Private Events & Celebrations:

• The Signals Room: Available for private High Tea events for 40 to 60 guests, with pricing at $90pp for Traditional High Tea and $100pp for Sparkling High Tea.
• Private Dining Room: Perfect for smaller groups of 10-14 guests, offering the same exquisite High Tea experience in a more intimate setting.

Cancellation Policy:

• Standard Bookings: Cancellations or changes to guest numbers within 48 hours of your booking will result in a loss of your deposit.
• Large Group Bookings (20 guests): Require 7 days’ notice for cancellations to receive a full deposit refund.
